Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Returns without prior approval may be rejected.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us first at support@nolaviaworld.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will provide return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
- Once approved, securely pack and ship the item to the address we provide.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Please note: Bank processing times may vary and may take a few extra days to reflect on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are used, damaged due to misuse, or returned without original packaging.
- Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such at checkout).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or provide a refund — no extra cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
