INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS POLICY
Nolavia World is an online platform offering a curated selection of kitchen and lifestyle products. We take intellectual property rights seriously and contractually prohibit the listing, use, or distribution of any content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties.

If you believe that content available through Nolavia World violates your intellectual property rights, we encourage you to submit a formal notice following the procedure below.

A. PROCEDURE FOR REPORTING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT

It is Nolavia World’s policy to:

  1. Block access to or remove any content (including product images, descriptions, or media) that we believe in good faith to infringe the rights of others upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice; and
  2. Terminate accounts or access rights of repeat infringers when appropriate.

If you believe that content hosted on or accessible through Nolaviaworld.com constitutes copyright or trademark infringement, please send a notice including all of the following information to our Designated Agent:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you claim has been infringed (include registration number(s), if applicable).
  • Identification of the specific content that you believe is infringing, including:
    • (a) a clear description of how the content is infringing your rights, and
    • (b) the exact URL(s) or location of the infringing material on Nolavia World.
  • Your contact information, including full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement: “I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury: “The information in this notice is accurate, and I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

B. ONCE A VALID INFRINGEMENT NOTICE IS RECEIVED

Upon receipt of a compliant DMCA notice, Nolavia World will:

  1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  2. Notify the user or vendor who posted the content.
  3. For repeat offenders, remove infringing content and possibly terminate access to the service.

C. PROCEDURE TO SUBMIT A COUNTER-NOTICE

If you believe that the content was removed in error or that you have legal rights to use it (e.g., fair use, license, or authorization), you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent that includes:

  • Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, including its location before removal.
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury: “I have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.”
  • Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or in the district where Nolavia World is located if outside the USA), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

If a valid counter-notice is received, Nolavia World may notify the original complainant and, unless legal action is filed, may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days at our discretion.

D. LEGAL NOTICE

Please be aware: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing may be held liable for damages, including attorneys’ fees.
