Q: How long does shipping take?

  • US Orders: 4–10 business days (Standard) or 3–5 business days (Expedited)
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days
    Note: Processing time is 3–5 business days before shipment.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! A tracking link will be emailed to you once the order ships. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@nolaviaworld.com.


Q: What if my package is lost or damaged?
A: Please email us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll either replace or refund your order on a case-by-case basis.

Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item. Bank processing time may vary.
